1. Basic level: What's inside?

Are you new to the world of intellectual property rights (IPRs) and want to understand the basics? I’ve got you covered!

My basic level courses and events are designed to provide you with an useful and pragmatic starting point, that does not overwhelm you, yet helps you understand IPRs, your protection options, and risks, or building a copy-defense.

Whether you are an aspiring IPR user or have just started exploring how to proactively utilize IPRs to protect your products, assets, and know-how, my courses and events will equip you with the need-to-know knowledge and very little legal jargon – and if I use legal terms anyway, I will always explain them.

They are the items used by your IP lawyers, your competitors, or patent attorneys, so we need to address them to some extent, but in basic courses the focus is on making the learning process smooth and engaging. (I am not transforming you into a legal expert or law professor – don’t worry!).
